The #1 thing I'd buy for a CZ 527 is QD rings. The iron sights on the CZ are really, really good, and you might find that you like shooting with them just as much as a scope. QD rings are expensive, but 527 rings are already expensive as it is, so the QDs give you that iron sight option back for only $25-$50 more.
Anyway, my 527 is wearing a Redfield Revolution 3-9x40 right now. It's a nice set-it-and-forget-it hunting style scope, but it feels too bulky on that rifle. That VX-1 in 2-7x33 suggested above sounds about perfect; I believe the VX1s and the Revolutions share a lot of components.
And as I wrote in the October thread, I'm also tempted by the FX-II Ultralight fixed 2.5x scope. It weighs only 6.5 oz, which would be really nice on a light rifle. The only problem is that 2.5x isn't much zoom, and you're stuck with it if that ends up not being enough.
