Why?If Glock ceases ALL production... I'll open a beer.
I will never own a Taurus, doesn't mean I want them to go out of business.

I agree. But that may be the best reason to own one....commonality of parts and manual of arms. You own one Glock, you own them all.
They already have *one* gun in their whole firearm lineup already, what's the point of this question?

Look momma...a Glockaphobe!

Thank you for having me search for a 37. I didn’t know which one it wasIt has to be the G37. I don't understand how the best one wouldn't be a full size, ten round capacity, non-standard caliber handgun. It is the epitome of perfection.
Yea, it's called the 1911A1

Lots of folks would celebrate Glocks demise. Then, they could more easily say their gun is the best pistol out there.....
cause they surely can’t say it as long as Glock is in business!
In seriousness, Glock would stick with the Glock 17. It's their first model, and it's the one they can still sell to anybody.
As for versatility , I agree a Glock 20 or Glock 22 would be best bet, but Glock can't be counting on their customers to swap barrels, because if they stick to just one model, that means they'll only be manufacturing barrels for that model.
I've shot a Glock 17 , handled it, and I'd honestly feel comfortable with it if I was issued it or went to a competition. Granted I don't own a 17, but it's the vanilla flavor of Glock. It's all-aroundness reminds me heavily of the Colt 1851 back in it's time, it's the gun that everyone knew they could depend on.
Not really. I carried on as a work gun for about 20 years. No complaints with it. It just was anything to get excited about.
