  1. I have a Rock Island model 200 38 spc .a cheap firearm but I like it. I am having trouble with the trigger not resetting. This only happens on one certain chamber. I marked the cylinder to make sure and it hangs in the same spot every time. If I gently touch the hammer it will reset. I took it completely apart cleaned and inspected. Any ideas how to remedy this?

Sounds like a burr on the ratchet on that one chamber. Examine the ratchet closely and see if there is any difference in the look on one notch. Another possibility is the locking bolt not dropping out of engagement. I have not examined that particular pistol but believe is is styled after the S&W K frame.

1. Were you shooting double action or single?
2. A pic of the innards would help immensely. These are relatively uncommon revolvers despite the fact they've received several glowing reviews on Youtube. Few of us are familiar with them; do they work like S&Ws, Colts, or something else?

Without knowing a thing, I'd hazard a guess that the rebound gizmo, however it works, is hanging up; or that the double-action sear bar (assuming the gun has one of those) isn't moving freely, or that the trigger is catching on it somehow. The fact that it only happens on one charge hole indicates involvement of the hand/pawl/cylinder-rotator-dingus.

A logical guess. I wonder if wiggling the cylinder might free the trigger. This looks like a sturdy lockwork. I'm no expert, but I think Kp is onto it. It's probably a tiny burr somewhere. You might try gently stoning the corners and underside edge of the hand... just a couple of light strokes, no more.
