Buckmark magazine problem

Check to see if the button on the magazine is rubbing on the grip inside, I had one that was a little too high. It would also cause random misfeeds. I took it apart and turned it down a little on the lathe.

Is it a real browning magazine?

Since you can get the magazine to let go by angling the bottom of the magazine backwards in the gun, I'd guess the cut out in the magazine (where the mag release engages) is burred or cut wrong.

From what I see in the video, I'd take a small file and look to deburr the bottom portion and front portion of the mag release cut out in the magazine.

I would not do anything to the mag release button in the gun at all, since the other mags work.

Of course, I don't have the magazine or gun in front of me and may be missing something entirely.

I had one "dud" magazine with my Buckmark too. Out of 5 of them 1 just would not eject easily at all. I tried adjusting the mag catch hole on the mag but never could get it quite right. In the end I just tossed it on top of the safe to be forgotten and bought a replacement (which worked fine).

As chicharrones said, DON'T modify the gun if its working with other magazines. Also try to adjust/fix the cheaper/more easily replaced part, which in this case is the magazine. If you screw it up, you're only out $20.
