1. Only the early guns had the issue, CZ solved it. Not sure on serial# range but if yours is new, it shouldn't have the issue.
2. I have an early one. I could rotate the striker the way everyone was worried about but I couldn't get it to jam the gun that way no matter what I did, and I tried...
3. CGW makes a kit to alleviate the issue. It's $22 and consists of a pin and a new backing plate with a relief hole for the pin. I installed it in less than 5 minutes including researching how to disassemble the slide, since I'd never done it before. Super easy, and now it won't rotate at all. Money well spent.
Some folks will say "a brand-new gun shouldn't have that problem." I argue that it's not really a problem, there's a cheap fix, and with everyone dropping big bucks on stippling/magwells/slide milling/Cerakote packages and of course mini red-dots, maybe it's not much of an argument
I got my P10C used for under $400, and it's had a couple thousand rounds through it now and hasn't jammed yet, either before or after installing the CGW anti-rotation kit. Me happy.
Now if I could just find a P10F top end to do a longslide conversion...
