I just picked up a old Lee single cavity 309-190-f mold and a H&G 4 cavity #50 mold from a buddy of mine (the H&G is the one I am fired up about).
Kind of a pointless mold post, but I am excited about this one

We reloaders are kind of an odd bunch and the humor is also sometimes just as pointless. Did you get a good price? Hope so. I have that Lee mold and like it.

If you have never cast with an H&G mold you are in for a treat. I have several and they all cast like a dream. I like the 4 cavity ones too. They seem to be a good compromise between the amount of work vs production.

He wanted a $100 for both the molds and a new in box Lee production pot. An incredible deal, I made him take $120 just to ease my conscience a bit...

The Hensely and Gibbs you can pass down to your grand children. The Lee is......... well functional there’s a reason they are cheap.
