Have you purchased anything gun related in the last three days?

I keep looking at those SDVE pistols from S&W. I've run a fair bit of 40 through my brothers Ruger. I like it as a caliber. I don't know why people were dumping it.

Clearly not enough. I need to double my magazine supply.

Went to a small show in Newberry, west of Gainesville, Fl, yesterday mostly just to look (don't we all?).

Danged if I didn't find a fellow selling 20 gauge buckshot at pre-panic prices. Haven't been able to find any online for months. Bought five boxes. Just up the row another fella had a box of the Federal American Eagle .327 Fed Mag 100gr JSP rounds for five bucks a box less than I could get it online - back when one could find it all.

Oh, and a clean ammo can.

Not bad for a small show I had not planned on going to. We just happened to see the sign on our way to lunch.

Just received my bamboo grips from Altamont, for another Heritage Rough Rider i intend to purchase shortly.

Some once-fired 6.5 PRC brass and a second-hand 22-250 Ackley Improved go gauge.

It was bought more than three days ago, but UPS delivered another 200 rounds of 77-grain Nosler .223, Friday; two days ago. That was my “ration” from Midway USA; I’d rather have bought a bit more. This is one of several .223 and 5.56 loads on my e-mail notification list, and this was my second successful order of 200 rounds, of this load.

Must break-in/sight-in a new LMT upper, and LMT stainless match barrel, bought a couple of weeks ago, and new-to-me, pre-owned Leupold ‘scope.

Went to the gunstore/range today... I paid $35 for a single box 9mm FMJ and it wasn't even a known brand. Ran it thru my EDC quickly along with a box of Sig V-Crown. Oh... That was costly....

Actually found 9mm ammo on the shelf at normal prices at the LGS. Still limited to 2 boxes, but at $11.99 a box for Remington Range brass, was not bad.

This is what you do when you get old & tired & have too much other ammo----it is much better than watching that thing called TV.

I just picked up a Compass Lake Bartein 20" CLE Varmint chamber upper with 15 inch M Lok Aero Precision hand guard.

I found a box of 1000 9mm bullets of the 124 gr weight variety. Reloading is fun.

I just ordered one of these. Totally useless for anything much other than shooting in the air on a holiday to make some noise or using as a wall hanger but one of these has been on my bucket list for many years. It's an all-steel Scottish officer's Murdoch style flintlock pistol. I already have the Scottish basket-hilt sword to go with it. Oddly, one of these came up for auction on Gunbroker about a week ago in lightly used condition so I thought I might snag it for less than new retail. Boy, was I wrong, some idiot won it by bidding $133 more than the $360 retail price of a new one.

I picked up a Simmons 60X spotting scope yesterday,,,

I have a Barska that is "acceptable" but wanted one with the angled eyepiece,,,
It's so much easier to use than the straight types.
