I’m about to start casting. I’d like to get a 6 cavity Lee 9mm mold. Do you like the TC or RN.
I’ve never loaded or shot the truncated cone.
Loading for M&P pistols, shield and full size.
Thanks
David

Thinking the round nose will be easier to work with as far as feeding thru multiple guns

You may have to get another bullet seating stem. I had issues with difficulty getting TC's tilting upon seating with the RN seating die!

Smiles,

I like tc but it may be more work to get dialed in. The holes are nice and round like a wadcutter. I also use the 230 tc in my 45acp.

My rcbs set came with both. I immagine its brand specific as to what's included.

I like/use a Lee 125 gr. RNF in 9mm, 38 Special and 357. For my 9mms (4) I size to .357", and ignore crimp groove for OAL...
