Post up your favorite, out of the box, no mods needed, auto loader! Mine is my Sig 226 Legion! Sig just nailed it in my opinion. I love the grips, the sights, the trigger, the color, the under cut frame, it fits my paws perfectly. It shoots as good as it looks, it easily out shoots me, stacking all bullets in one hole at 25’ for as long as I can hold. Let’s see your favorite:)

Tough call. Really like my Legion as well, but mines a SAO.

Probably this one.

Bit lighter than the Legion, better trigger but not quite as nice in my hands.

A good quality 1911. Period.
I'd like to be able to say that, and my Performance Center Smith 1911 is my beside gun, but for EDC I'll take my Sig M-11 A1 everyday of the week and twice on Sunday.
Besides that, when it comes to just plain old shooting fun, my little Glock 44 (22 LR) beats every other semi-auto I've ever owned or fired.:)

Totally edited my post:

I’m hoping the control with the red circle is the slide release which would be insanely ergonomic and natural to use.

But I’m guessing that it is a decocker?

I’ve never seen a Pardini in the wild before, so I’m ignorant.

A pistol, with no mods? In my house?!

That's a mythical beast. Every one gets a little tweak or something.
I have a CZ97B that I converted to SA with a flat trigger, installed a target rear sight, if that was a factory configured pistol, it would be a tough choice for me! I had to do a lot of work to it, to get it as nice as the factory Sig.

It's the slide release which is very easy to use. From left to right in the pic: takedown lever, slide release, thumb safety. The pistol has no half cock and the thumb safety can be activated only with the hammer cocked. No firing pin safety.

I love it, that is pure genius. I wish other manufacturers would take a page out of Pardini’s book.

Thank you for the reply.

Thanks, you are welcome.
I'll add that it's a SAO pistol and once the grips are removed, the backstrap with hammer and safety can be separated from the rest of the frame. The slide release, the locking block, and the trigger assembly can also be removed without tools. Even the firing pin and the extractor can be easily removed. The trigger is fully adjustable.
This pistol is a brillant piece of italian engineering.
From Pardini instruction manual.

5-Shots, thnx' for the link (now closed for comments), and two questions...aren't Pardini the shotgun makers?
Secondly, the 9x19...is that another civilians can't own military calibers kind of thing? Tell us more about the cartridge; how does it compare ballistically with the 9x19?
While I'm sure the round is available in Italy, will your gun run on 9 Luger? (Assuming headspacing on the extractor)
Didn't mean to hijack, and as far as my own favorite autoloader, depends what it's to be used for. P365 for carry.
