Titegroup?

So has anyone had any luck with Titegroup and 38 special? Specifically in the 125 gr weight? Thanks.
Yep, that's pretty much the only powder I use for 38 special. With a lead, coated or plated 125gr bullet I load 3.5 grains. Load range is 3.2gr to 3.8gr. I have loaded as low as 3.2gr and they are really soft shootIng

Yes, I have used quiet a bit of Titegroup powder under 125 gr lead in .38 special. I use Red Dot also but the last 2,000 run I made was with Titegroup. It doesn't seem to make any difference which bullets, greased or coated.

Never used in 125. Have good luck in 148 wadcutters and 158 anything.

Did u get the 125s on a deal, seem light to me for a 38.

I got them primarily for my 357, which seems to favor that weight, but I wanted to use them in the 38 as well.

It is one of the powders I use for 38 but I only load 148Wcs or 158 SWCs.

I use it for target loads in .38. They’re very light loads and even with the low case fill seem to be position insensitive. Good luck.

I agree with everyone, same thing for me. Light loads with 148g WC's and it runs just fine. Not sure if it is the projectiles or the powder, but it does lave my revolver looking like a coalminer...but I can live with that. You can load years worth of ammo from a single 4lb jug.
