Yep, that's pretty much the only powder I use for 38 special. With a lead, coated or plated 125gr bullet I load 3.5 grains. Load range is 3.2gr to 3.8gr. I have loaded as low as 3.2gr and they are really soft shootIng
Yes, I have used quiet a bit of Titegroup powder under 125 gr lead in .38 special. I use Red Dot also but the last 2,000 run I made was with Titegroup. It doesn't seem to make any difference which bullets, greased or coated.

I agree with everyone, same thing for me. Light loads with 148g WC's and it runs just fine. Not sure if it is the projectiles or the powder, but it does lave my revolver looking like a coalminer...but I can live with that. You can load years worth of ammo from a single 4lb jug.
