we are not publishers or editors or staff or Admissions for THR. THR is a internet town square, Mods can do their best to regulate content but they are not our brothers keeper
 
THR respects copyrights and intellectual property of others. Although there are fair use and other exceptions, the general rule is that a content creator who claims copyright should be able to control the use of the product of his/her efforts. Base recommendations on your own experience or recommend other courses of action, but do not republish pages of any copyrighted manual without prior approval.
 
If I spent the money to publish the manual & certify the pressure data, I sure wouldn't like it. Is totally fair.

they do that to sell their products. They don’t make money on reloader buying a manual every decade. It’s fare use because they have an interest in selling us their stuff.

Wishing does not make it so. The copyright also gives them the right to control their product. If manuals were published only to advertise their product, they would not charge for it nor would they claim a copyright.

That's exactly why Sears Roebuck gave away catalogs and Hornady sells loading manuals. The manual is a marketable product.

What’s the difference between a posting a photo of a Reloading page and just typing it out.. absolutely nothing. The damage is the same, the lost to the publisher is the same. So if we want to be pure about it, don’t mention any reference to any reloading manual data.

You are welcome to believe what you wish but the THR course has been charted and that ship has sailed.
