Percussion ignition systems are classified as "antique firearms" and exempt from the shipping restrictions normally attached to firearms. However, local laws may supersede federal in some cases (probably not in Fla though), so be aware of that and research for any potential destination laws and restrictions. Be aware that with the rise in popularity of cartridge conversion cylinders, you don't ship a percussion revolver along with a conversion cylinder, without going through the FFL transfer process.

To clarify, an FFL is only required if the conversion cylinder is installed.
If the C&B cylinder is installed and the conversion cylinder is only "along with it" an FFL is not required.
Although plenty of folks will recommend "better safe than sorry" and suggest shipping the C&B revolver and conversion cylinder separately, it's not actually required to do so.
It doesn't appear the OP is stating that it's converted or includes a conversion cylinder. But it's good y'all are covering the topic since they are getting more popular and are more widespread. I've "heard" that when it includes a conversion cylinder, some shippers are simply sending it with the conversion cylinder in a small box located within the larger box holding the revolver. I personally have had a FFL/gunsmith send me one like that.
