Yes it does. You have to decide how much you want to spend on safety devices. I know I’m capable of making mistakes, including but not limited to looking into every case to insure there’s a powder charge.

5000 lumen! That sounds overpowering.
I have a similar 4’ LED shop light above my bench, it’s nice and bright but not overpowering. Not sure what the Lux is. I still use a press mounted LED light as well, as an overhead light can have shadow areas.

I’m currently still looking at every case, it’s cheaper and more accurate than a $100 check for a $250 press. money is THIGHT this year
 
I have both, but much prefer the lockout die for pistol since you don't have to watch it.
