Combos

A combination I carried for years hunting in West Virginia was my Ruger 44 Carbine along with my S&W Model 29.

Look Ma, no flutes.


The 44 Magnum Ruger Carbine is in the foreground with a Ruger 10/22 behind it. The bi pods are just props.


Loved hunting W. Va. with that combo for whitetail. The rifle and handgun just fit the terrain we hunted. Never had a shot over 100 yards and most were inside 50 yards making the 44 magnum ideal.

Marlin and Ruger rifles in .22LR and a Ruger Single Six Convertible.


Marlin and Keltec in .22 Magnum. The Single Six above is also .22 Mag.


Another Marlin (1894) and a Ruger GP-100 in .357 Magnum. I also have a Ruger SP-101 but it is a .38 Special.

My 1894c Marlin and my 4⅝ Blackhawk. Both in .357 mag. The holster is my old Kirkpatrick fast-draw rig. It shrunk horribly over the years and no longer fits

I guess my combo is a Marlin Lever Action and a S&W Model 29. Both in 44 Magnum. Its a little bit of a stretch but I do have a 2nd Generation Colt SAA in 44 special that would pair up with the Marlin.

My New Years resolution is going to be to learn how to post pictures! I could do it before PhotoBucket did their tricks!
