Small game rifle.

For little critters I still carry the same Marlin Glenfield Model 60 (squirrel stock version) that I hunted wabbits with 46 years ago. To say that it hasn't failed me would be a bit of a stretch but overall I love that rifle. Nothing pretty about it after all these years but those scratches carry memories of hunts and people who are long gone.

My only .22 rifle is a heavy target rig w a 6-18X scope.
I'd like a Anschutz 64 sporter for a hunting rig.
Alas, I never did shoot my 141 or 184 much (the latter way too light for offhand work).
Consequently my hunting .22 is.............a Buckmark target 5.5 pistol LOL

Had a CZ455 that was neat, but hated the safety so got rid of it.
Do have a 457 in .22 mag.............a keeper.

Small game on my property I use this air rifle. AirForce TalonP .25 cal.

Quiet and effective on everything up to a large raccoon. In fact, that was why I got it. To deal with raccoons in the chicken pen at 2:00 am without waking up everybody.
And it is more accurate out to 50 yards than my old Remington .22

My old Winchester 69A, bought (used) at a Lewiston Maine gun show many years ago. It's really nice and the stock may have been refinished, but not so I can tell. It's disposed of more than a few critters, out back. It's also fun to shoot at inanimate targets!
