Yes, that round is chambered. Finger off trigger, camera on remote timer, safe direction, etc. I know it's not as safe as it could be, but the only casualty would have been a digital camera...

Snapped that photo at the NRA Museum. IIRC, it was a handmade copy of you know what during Vietnam War.
