Nope. Who is the subject. You is the predicate noun. But whom is only used as a direct object. You can say, "to whom shall I give the gun?" (hint: give it to me). Thank you. I needed another one.
You are probably right.Actually I believe "you" is the subject as questions often invert the subject verb order. That leaves "who" as the predicate nominative (sp?). "Who" is correct. Whom would only serve as a direct object, and indirect object, or the object of a preposition.
