Magazine Spring question???

Thats a frequently asked question and the answer is that the thing that weakens springs is usage, the loading and firing (unloading) of mags. If just left loaded, then there won't be any weakening of the springs.

Doesn't anybody ever worry that their recoil spring isn't ever at rest?

Marky, isn't that pushing it a little? I thought the hi-cap mags in cali were a no no. doesn't matter that the mag isn't full charged.

ANY spring weakens from repeated use, not from compression.
