Grip Dilemma

So, I recently obtained a nice S&W Model 15 in factory nickle finish. I intend to use this gun on-duty as a under-the-jacket BUG and also as an alternate off-duty weapon. It came with not-so-great wood grips that were just begging to be changed out.

I robbed my Hogue Rubber Monogrip from my K-22, put it on the Model 15 and have declared it to be functional, if somewhat lacking in the aesthetics department.

So...what to get as a long-term solution? I have always liked the looks of the Ajax grips, but when I tried to find pictures of some of the options on their website, I was stymied. Does anyone have pics of Ajax Grips in super walnut, cherrywood and black silverwood?

I'm trying to find something that will nicely compliment the bling-bling Ni finish, and still be practical.

Maybe not as high end as your looking for, but got these Ahrends from Brownells. Pretty good deal especially if you have a ffl or C&R discount. FIt my somewhat large hands very good and still hide well.

Second pair I got were a bit lighter with less grain so they ended up my stainless gun.
