Six-Shot SP 101?

Is this a mistake on your part or is there really such a thing as a 6-shot SP 101 in .357? I ask because the lack of a sixth round is the only thing that keeps me purchasing this fine weapon (For the increased size and heft I feel I should get 6.)

I agree, it is all up to her. Anyone, not just a wife or a woman wants to own and shoot a gun they like, feels good in their hand and they can shoot well. I'm very happy to hear she found something that she likes. I'm sure since your wife likes the gun she will practice with it and carry it all the time... Good for her!!!

Before my Wife got herself a Rossi .357, she was very close to opening the checkbook for a S&W 4" Model 627 Pro. She said it's grip felt the most natural, kept her grip up high, and pointed the best (over the 686 & Model 27), and that it's DA pull was buttery smooth & light. I agreed with her assessment, and was duly impressed enough to consider buying one for myself. 8 rounds in reserve didn't hurt either, but the price-tag was what put her off in the end. Still, she's really happy with her Rossi though.
