Bushmasters AR 15 (A3)
Kimber Desert Warrior
Kimber Ultra CDP II (.45)

New or used... just curious. Anyone?

Wouldn't want the Kimbers. As to the Bushmaster, I did a good trade on a DPMS before the election, and while Bushmasters are about as good as a DPMS, and locally made, I have no need for one, now. I saw some Bushmasters at a show today for anywhere from $700 and up.

wouldn't even want them.
Then why would you even respond to his thread? If you've got nothing to add, feel free to move along to the next thread.

Come on, guys. If someone wants to know what people have recently paid for some items, there's no need to tell him that you personally wouldn't buy them.

I don't understand some of the responses to this thread. I thought Bushys were desirable. And Kimber? I bought a used exc. condition Ultra Carry for my wife last year for around $600. Shoots beautifully and over a hundred rounds through it without a hiccup.

haven't bought one, and couldn't or wouldn't need one. But, prices around me are inflated anywhere from 10-30%. Saw Stripped lowers for 170 bucks today. Also saw your everyday DPMS's going for just shy under 1000 - they used to go for about 850. Colt's are going for at least 1500-1600 around me, so I'd say Bushies are going up close to the 1300 mark now, but no one had them.

However, handgun prices of all types have not really gone up much at all.

i got a bushmaster in a trade , i love it and i guess i have $750 in it, as far as the kimbers i dont know? i do like them , just never have got around to getting one csa

Thanks. I don't understand some of the responses either, but what the h3ll... always up for anything.

What I was trying to get out of it was rough bargaining prices for the three firearms. I know that retail has increased substantially on both of the Kimbers. I know Kimber increased all of their prices by 5% recently, but some of the prices look like they've gone up even more. I know there are plenty of people out there that don't want any of these three guns...

I did see a few Bushmasters at the Columbia Gun Show today. Basic Bushmaster was going for $849 w/ tax. A Bushmaster that had plenty of Picatinny rails (it had five) was going for $1159 w/ tax. I'm sorry I can't be more specific, but if I had the money for an AR-15 I'd have looked at more than the price tag.

Dealer at a local gunshow had the basic Bushmasters for $829, they are $1049 in our shops. Not sure on the Kimbers, should be able to get them for whatever they sold for before, if they are instock you can backorder through Buds.

Bushmasters AR 15 (A3)

$1,000, lightly used (<150 Rds.) with an Aimpoint CompM, but no BUIS back in January.

I believe I saw a Bushmaster A3 M4gery (I don't remember the exact configuration) the other day at Cabela's brand new for $999.

Pay no attention to the peanut gallery chatter. Buy what you like, and the rest of you can either shut it or go find another forum as far as I'm concerned. Y'all can go buy all the AK's and SKS's you want (they are fine guns), but you can spare the rest of us your completely OT negative commentary.

The only one off the list is the ultra CDP II, I gave $940.00 out the door approx. 12 months ago.

This thread reminds me that half the population is below average, and I guess the gun community is not immune. I suppose these folks are going into the "How do I fix my glock" thread and posting "I don't have a Glock and don't know how to fix one."

Then heading over to the "Is the Beretta 9000s a good pistol?" thread and posting "I don't know, never saw one before."

I guess they get points for actually reading the OP's post, as a few folks don't even do that before responding.
