Like I said, from another thread where the poster proclaims that if FFL's -really- believed in the 2nd Amendment they would do transfers for free.

They must be those anachronistic types that believe in capitalism.

I signed up for an account, but I have to say, I don't understand why it uses premade "security questions" during signup. Security questions are a terrible security practice, not only do they usually ask questions the answers of which are public record, even if not, they're often things that close friends and relatives know. This makes their use as a user authentication measure very insecure.

While I totally approve of the concept behind this company, I'm feeling a bit like I should put on my tinfoil hat; a site dedicated to transacting nationwide firearms payments would be one of the first places to get a subpoena for the database of customers when the black helicopters start to fly. What can legally be done to keep this information out of the hands of our friendly Govt bureaucrats? Anything?

I have 5 RKBA and IP Attorneys on my Board, and a very bad attitude when it comes to governmental intrusion. I told Cal DOJ where to go when they wanted to charge me with 219 Felonies for bringing OLLs to California. My exact words: "If you think what I did was illegal - come and arrest me." "You can cram that non-prodsecute directly up your ---" Then we had a victory dinner with said non-proc printed on napkins. Which I sent to DOJ after use...

I'm going to do the same to any unlawful Subpoena.

That, and the fact that GUNPAL is for paying anyone for any lawful purpose (our business is far more than just firearms.)

Guys - I've also seen the insides of how the Fed works. They aren't interested in a list of who owns guns. They know that two thirds of you do, and that keeps them at bay.
