I am not hard to get a hold of, however, I do not have so much "forum" time any more.
On the subject of high-end scopes, I recently did a write-up of the Hensoldt 4-16, and in that article I covered the other high-end scopes in brief. The 2009 Tactical Operator magazine also had my 2009 high-end scope round-up article.
I would not consider USO to be an "upgrade" over a S&B PMII.

Note that I did as "objective" as an optical test as I could manage, using about 10 shooters' eyes. The Hensoldt and Premier were at the top.
