Can you be more specific? I got sick on Jose Quervo one time but I had about 10 shots so it wasn't Jose's fault.I got burned on a P238. Mine runs pretty well now, but I don't really trust it yet.

It is beyond me why anyone in their right mind would want a safety on a pocket 9mm which this new SIG will have like the 238. These are "point & pull" guns and not range guns. The SIG p290 had some "birthing" pains with the light strikes but SIG fixed mine & it has been 100% since and just as accurate as my p228 to to 10 yds. or better. No decocker nor silly safety: point & shoot. Lube it, load it & put in your pocket holster and don't mess with it until you need it.
When I shoot a DAO, the trigger pull is so long I tend to start flexing my wrist and botch the shot. To emphasize, I said ME, as in I, not you. So DAO doesn't work for me. If they are close enough that I don't have to worry about aim then I am already in deep do do and probably couldn't get a pistol out in time anyway. These are "point & pull" guns and not range guns.
I'm sorry you can't envision a slightly larger p238 without visual aids. Do you own a radio, how's that workin for ya?No pix=vaporware.
