Indeed...I remember getting mine...4 month wait from mail sent to mail received ...
Yikes. I guess it is a perk of living in Tallahassee. Supposedly doing the application/fingerprinting/photo at the licensing office quickens things.

This was before you could do it there...had to do it all and mail it in...
I just had to send a second set of prints for my non-resident renewal. They said the first set was not clear enough. Had both done by the local Sheriff who uses one of the scanners that prints onto a regular fingerprint card. We'll see if they like this set.
App mailed 14 June. Got the letter requesting new prints 19 August. New set mailed 26 August.

My mother had hers done at the office the same day I had mine and got the same letter. Pretty lame.

My wife just received hers and if I can remember correctly hers took just about 90 days.
Jeez. That really puts my 25 days turn around time in perspective.
