This is my current dream list. It contains a number of guns I'm sure I'll never actually buy short of winning the lotto, but puting together wishlists like these are still fun. :p

Like others have said, this list changes and develops every time a manufacturer comes out with something new, or I read about a cool classic firearm. ;)

I got a lead on a CZ in 505 gibs, wish I had the money for it !

A Redding T-7 just to clear up some bench space

A 41mag for the days I don't know what to grab , my 357 or my 44mag

Only 1 at this time, a German Lugar.

Then again it might be nice to have a Spanish Destroyer also.

Most everything else I gravitate toward is covered by my collection.

8. a Long Land Brown Bess historically accurate for the colonies circa 1750. It would probably be an older model refitted with an iron ramrod and a bad attitude.

That's my wishlist. There are a million things I need to buy before I start thinking about buying a passel of guns, and even a compact defensive gun or two that need to go in first, but that's the list of "wants" right now.

I'm set on hunting guns, but a nice 20ga shotgun would be worth adding. I have a shotgun suitable for defensive work and an M1 carbine that I set up with a three point sling.

For handguns, I have enough revolvers. I only have one semiauto (a 9mm hi-power).

That leaves:

1) my first 1911...I'm thinking a Ruger SR1911
2) a marlin 1894c or comparable .357 lever gun because I think it would be fun
3) another M1 Carbine because I love the one I have
4) a .22 pistol. Maybe an old school Ruger Mk I or II.
5) maybe an AR of some sort because, well, everyone else is doing it. I've shot them but they just don't do much for me. I really prefer the M1 and have used it to good effect in a carbine class.

Nah. World peace would be boring. Or did you mean stop being the world's police? I would wish for that.

Want the healthy year to take grandpa hunting and have grandma cook our game. But I thought #2 was pretty good. It would open up a whole new world for all of us to own some really awesome firearms.
 
mine's kinda generic. Either a 308 or 30-06 rifle. Wood stock. Probably lil banged up. something I can clean up, mess with shine up take down the range then drag something out of the woods with.

Realistically ... my next purchase is going to be either a:

Colt (by Colt) 45 or
Quality AK

Not necessarily in that order.
