I think it's safe to say that very few of us can afford all the guns we'd like to have. I certainly can't. My wishlist constantly evolves. Right now...

1. Shiloh Sharps 1874 military rifle in .45-70
2. Ruger Vaquero in .45 Colt (newer model, 5.5 inch barrel, probably stainless)
3. Remington 1858 conversion to .38 Special
4. Ruger 10/22 compact that I'd drop into a Choate folder and add either NDS or Tech-Sights. This would give me a compact little semi-auto trainer with good iron sights to practice with.
5. 20" AR-15 with a medium heavy contour barrel, a good trigger, and good optics mounted with back-up iron sights.
6. an extra AR Lower to build into something... not sure what yet.
7. Marlin 1894 Cowboy II. I'd have to search for this one on the used market and probably pay dear for it. 357 would make the most logistical sense, but I think .44 Magnum would give me a lot more flexibility for my uses.
8. a Long Land Brown Bess historically accurate for the colonies circa 1750. It would probably be an older model refitted with an iron ramrod and a bad attitude.

That's my wishlist. There are a million things I need to buy before I start thinking about buying a passel of guns, and even a compact defensive gun or two that need to go in first, but that's the list of "wants" right now.

I wish i had time to shoot the guns i have...thats my wish. Ive got more guns than time.

Something in 41mag. a blackhawk or vaquero or some flavor of bisley. got a hankerin for a 30-30. 94 or 336. and a k31. pretty much rounds out my gun wants right now. a range membership, shooting mat and an upgrade in reloading gear is probably higher priority right now. heck, I'd love to lay my hands on a pound of tac.

I wouldn't mind laying hands on a couple pounds of Unique while we're at it either!

I got primers coming out my ears, brass galore and just landed 500 77gr smk's. but i can't find powder.

and an amendment to my list above, I want a bolt gun in 22WMR. Just bought 300 rounds of ammo and need something to shoot it with.

1. A trip to Thunder Ranch

2. Another Glock 19 Gen 4

3. Training with Kyle DeFoor

4. Cherry Pepsi

5. A Remington 700 .308 project

6. A new season of Blue Bloods

7. Training with Vickers

8. A day to sleep in

9. Training with Haley Strategic

10. Hawaii

Jessica, don't be mad if you read this. It's my 'me' list. Your ring is in my pistol safe.

Right now my wish list pretty much consists of reloading gear and components, a brass tumbler is probably at the top of the list, as well as bullets and powder.

I'd like a second KLCR .357 w/ CT grips as a back up to my primary carry gun and a full size .357, probably a 6" GP100, for target and maybe hunting. I'm also starting to think a 77/357 would be a handy piece to have about. Beyond that I'd like some optics upgrades for my existing guns and maybe a couple goodies from surefire, Crimson Trace and others to allow my existing weapons more capability.

I can always think of a few guns I want. What's tough is thinking of guns I want or need and would actually spend the money on. Here are a few of the guns I'd have if all guns were free, in no particular order:

1) Winchester M70 Extreme Weather (.270 Win)
2) Colt 6920
3) Browning Citori White Lightning
4) Winchester M70 Alaskan (.375 H&H)
5) Hk MP5
6) Ruger Blackhawk (.357 mag)
7) SIG P229 SAS2
8) Ruger LCR-22
9) Arsenal SGL21-62
10) Winchester 92 (.357 mag)

Let's throw in a few more. A spare for #2 and #7, and another gen3 G19.

1. Aimpoint PRO/Nikon Monarch 3 1-4x20
2. Stag Model 2 or Colt LE6920
3. Savage 93 or Ruger American in .22 WMR
4. Glock 30 Gen 4
5. Ruger Redhawk .44 Magnum
6. Marlin 1895 in .45-70
7. LWRC REPR

1. One more good healthy year with my grandparents.
2. Complete legislative reversal on every infringement of the 2nd Ammendment.
3. An African safari.
4. A nice double in 45-70
5. Pfeifer Zeliska
6. The Colt 1911 my grandpa carried in WWII.
7. Time and money.

One of the new Ruger 10/22 break down models
A S&W Model 27-2 (or 19-3) or older 4" bbl in like new condition
A S&W Model 66-2 or older 4" bbl in like new condition
A S&W Model 29-3 or older 2:bbl in like new condition
The money to buy any or all of the above.

- Two more in 7.62x39
- One in 308
- One in 5.45

7.62x54 Vepr

Various Mosins (Finns mostly)

More ammo for all of the above.

Wishlist? I'll leave the politics aside...we'll be here all day.

1) Civvie legal BREN 805
2) TAVOR
3) KelTec KSG
4) KelTec RFB
5) CZ 550 Urban Counter Sniper rifle
6) CZ 527M in .223, (already have the 7.62x39mm version!)\
7) While we're dreaming, a full auto CZ-75:D Wonder how that would work with hard cast bullets...:what:

There are a few I'd like to have. My wish list has a variety of things, from components to a gun or two. A full size 9mm, a 4" .357 and a Ruger #1 come to mind. I should probably add a .22 handgun to that as well.

1. World peace.
2. End global warming.
3. End starvation.

Oh this isn't the Miss America forum..

8 shot .357 magnum revolver for now.

In the bigger picture, it depends on any miracles in 2014 and '16.

As for guns, the wish item was checked off on Aug. 31st after a personal visit to the Anniston CMP: a second Garand.

My wish list!?!? OK, I will start typing now. Come by next week, I should be done by then!!

What? Only one week, some people don't have big wish lists. (LOL) Try a month or two starting with winning the Lottery.

Jim

I have all the guns I ever desired right now. I now, as stated above by gspn, want the time and finances to enjoy shooting them.
