High School History Book Rewrites the 2nd Amendment

Barf. They got it backwards. "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." Like peeing in a pool and peeing INTO a pool!!! Location is everything.

OK I'm not arguing semantics and linguistics with anyone. Get an education and come back if you want to discuss the issue. English is spoken by 2 billion people for a reason. That's about a third of the world's population. No other language comes close except Mandarin Chinese and it's only about half of the number of English. And it's only spoken in China for the most part. English is the lingua franca for a reason.

Meanwhile back to the discussion of guns. If I want to argue language I'll do it with people who know the issues on some other board.

And with that nasty little [strike]surrender note[/strike] bit of bile, I guess we're done.
