Here's a site with some info on your caliber. I'm sure there are other powders that will work as well as the 4198 powders, and perhaps be more available.
Along with the Hodgdon offering of 4198 you can try and find IMR4198. Both are very close in performance and load data.
A good powder I would try if I couldn't find 4198 is AA1680. If you can find them maybe RL-7 or IMR4227 will do a good job depending on the bullet weight. At least with 5 powders you have a better chance of finding 1 of them. It seems Alliant Power Pro 300-MP is slower than any of the other magnum handgun powders so maybe that can be used too... Lil'Gun, W296/H110 maybe?? Too fast maybe??
Hodgdon lists data for the 218 Bee with W296/H110, Lil'Gun, 4227 and 4198. I know the Mashburn Bee is different but not all that different.
