What is YOUR favorite Conceal carry gun?

I have two favorites, both of which have their own special qualities. The Kahr PM9 and, my H&K P2000.

I carry both and, my choice typically depends on what I'm wearing.

I have carried a bunch of different guns over the last few years. Kahr CW9, S&W 19 2.5", XD40 service, LCP, Springfield TRP, Ruger commander 1911, Sig 226, S&W 642, S&W Shield 9mm, Glock 19, Ruger speed 6 4", Gp100 4" and 3".

Drum roll please....And the winner is.

S&W Shield 9mm carried in a comptac infidel. This combination is easy to carry in anything but PT gear. It's also fun and inexpensive to shoot which means more practice. Everyone I let shoot this gun ends up buying one.

I do carry my Glock 19 in a Fox IWB about 40% of the time. I almost never pocket carry the J frame or LCP any more. The bigger guns are easier to shoot well and I like having my pockets free for keys, wallet, phone, ect.

I have fallen in love with the XDs I got for my wife, so much so that she bought me one so I wouldn't have to keep using hers.

Currently carrying in an Outbags leather IWB holster

I usually carry a Colt Commander or gov't model. I've started carrying my Glock 29 more in the summer because I'm not worried about sweat or moisture on it and I've always got my Colt Jr. in my pocket.

I started carrying early last year and I've gone through a few carry guns. Began with a Kahr P380, I couldn't get the thing to work reliably even after two trips back to Kahr so I sold it for a loss. Then I got myself a Ruger LCR which I carried for 3-4 months, never missed a beat on the range and I shot it better than I expected to given it's size constraints. I pocket carried it during this time but no matter what I did it printed more than I wanted, always a huge bulge in the pocket.

I decided I was going to belt carry and wanted something with more capacity so I moved on to the Glock 26. The G26 was a great gun, conceals easily, not bad to shoot once I figured out the grip, and the capacity increase make me feel better. Even when I figured out the grip, I still didn't like it. Some guys don't mind the pinky hanging off, I do, so I kept looking...

Then, a few weeks ago, I decided to get myself a Glock 19 to see what all the fuss was about, I now know why people love the G19. I can conceal it just as well as my G26, I get a full grip, and 15+1 rounds of 9mm ready to go. I'm on week #3 at the moment with the Glock 19 and finally feel like I've found a great carry gun with no real compromises.

I mostly conceal carry a S&W 36 or a East German Makarov, colder months I may carry a commander length 1911.
I guess there are better options but I've not taken the time to find them.

G26, for now.

But seriously considering either a Ruger LCP or a small revolver.

I just need something small.

Not that there's anything wrong with G26 - I love it. But I still want a gun I can barely feel. Sitting down / driving is the worst.

Perhaps if I could get used to OWB... but I know I print that way.

I have a few I carry but usually if I can cover a holster, it's a Kahr PM45. If I have to pocket carry, it's the PM45's smaller cousin, a PM9.

Not really surprising, but I carry a government model .45. It's thin, has a decent sight radius, shoots a respectable cartridge and the 1911 pistol fits my hands like JMB had me in mind when he designed it. I carry it in either a Galco Concealable OWB or an Alien Gear IWB.
