Not sure if newer mags will work. I bought a Bersa mag from a surplus store thinking it would work in my buddies Thunder and it did not. I think the mag I bought was actually for your model Bersa. I still have the mag in my safe somewhere, I think the butt plate was curved.
I live in Western WA and have been making twice weekly trips to WM as I drive right by one on the way to work. I have been doing this for about two months and the first couple of weeks I found nothing but empty shelves. Recently, at least one trip per week has been fruitful. I have been...
When the weather warms and it is time to put away my Glock 23, out comes my Kahr K9. I absolutely love the size and feel of this gun. The weight is no issue for me.
I don't understand all the argument over the timeline. The police probably got the "little over a minute" from one of the people NOT killed, maybe even the women they had on the phone.
A person under those conditions would be a HORRIBLE judge of time. In all likelihood, the "little over a...
Can anyone find an example of a person involved in a "good" self defense shoot who was then successfully sued by the family of the deceased? I hear this a lot, but never come accross a lawsuit that succeeded.
Put in a snap cap and pull the trigger 800-1000 times before shooting it. Lots of peope don't like out of the box CZ triggers, but use seems to smooth them up quite a bit.
Bought my K9 three years ago and love carrying it during the summer when I want something smaller than my Glock 23. Only problems I had was during the 250 rd break in period. The all mental Kahrs are by far the best models they make.
Why a 40 cal.? I bought my 75BD a few years ago and love it. Also think 16rds of 9 is plenty. This is eventhough my main carry gun is a Glock 23. Most of the problems I read about with CZ are their 40 cal guns.
For a HD handgun, I like big and heavy. As such the following would be perfect: CZ75, Beretta 92, Taurus, Ruger , and I'm sure a few others. My 16rd CZ75 BD is a perfect HD gun.
A couple of years ago I got a barely used CZ75BD for 300 OTD. Like someone above said, there are great deals out there if you are willing to look around for them.
I have the 32 and my shooting buddy has the 3AT. Like others have mentioned, the 3AT is no fun to shoot more than a couple of mags through. I bought the 32 because the slide locked back, it had an extra round and has the option of a 10 rd. mag.
I alternate between a Glock 23, Kahr K9 and KT p32 which makes it pretty easy. No wondering about safties or anything else. All three are carried with one in the camber and just need to be drawn and shot.
