Sitting in front of me is a very neglected rifle marked "WAFFENWERKE BRUNN AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT" chambered 7x64.
There are some marking stamps followed with 43.
I've searched the net with few results similar to the rifle I have here.
All show the standard mauser 7x57. This one is 7x64...
Of the "BULK PACKS"
Remington= thumbs down (Still have a box of 550) I won't shoot it. Can't even give it away.
Winchester= Not bad. Ten fold better than the Rem stuff though.
Federal= No complaints- Works in all my 22's- Lever, bolt, semi-auto(10/22).
CCI was very good too, if I...
...is concerned, if it comes down to it where I have to pull the trigger in a life or death scenario I'm pullin it. By our four rules right?*
If I don't stop the perp, potentially all others in my home may die right?
Neighbors as well? Perhaps. But whose fault is that? Mine? The...
My last doberman was named "Gunner".
We were to get a companion for him, a miniature pincher, to be named Derringer.
But Gunner passed before we did.:(
RIP Gunner
Remove it, and enjoy many hours getting the goo off and restore it. It's a hobby right?
How much time and expense is up to you. You set your own pace and price. If it were me? I'd take it off immediately, and decide if it is worth it.
I would say leaving it on would create more problems...
Won't even go near an Express. Like both the Nova and my Wingmaster (70's era)
My 2 cents in a nutshell.
Nova cons-HEAVY shotgun and swings like a 2x4.
Nova pros-Reliable and inexpensive. Also easy to disasemble easy to clean and maintain. Great bang for the buck.
Early Wingmaster...
Grrrr!
Anyway...again.
The best I've come up with are two part #'s
60597 & 60597P. Anybody know the difference? I'm not even sure if it is the right part at all. The only pics I get is some kind of large button style that I don't need or want.
All this work for a simple piece of...
Sorry, internet problems...
Anyway.
Lost the triangular side plate and screw that attaches to the safety button.
If you are familiar with older M1's you'll know what I'm talking about.
Looking to pick up a Benelli M1Super90 20g for sale in Camo. I own the 12gauge version in camo and the bolt and trigger mech is camo as well.
The bolt and trigger mech on the 20 gauge I'm looking at is black.
Question to the Benelli experts.
Has Benelli ever mix matched parts?
Is this...
I went down this same road. Both great guns IMO. I found the SP101 too heavy for my tastes for CC. The model 60 is certainly a great choice, but I opted for the "hamerless" 640 for CC.
I found a used prelock 640 and have never been happier.
It may be difficult to find prelock smittys, but...
Cool thread! I thought I was the only one.
I've also been looking for a good lightweight 20ga. I'm getting older and don't care to lug around a 7+ pound 12ga for Grouse (M1Super90). Too heavy and more gun that is needed for the purpose IMO.
My heart has been set on a Montefeltro for a long...
I may have the opportunity to purchase one or maybe trade for a .357MAG.
I just got the word so not a lot of info, but looking for general info about 10mm revolvers.
To be honest, I didn't even they existed until about an hour ago.
Note: Possibly a S&W with moonclips?
I've thought about this many times. My son is 7 YO.
He now has some interest in "daddy's guns". He knows the rules.
Stop!
Don't touch.
Leave the area.
Tell an adult....and all that stuff....
Nope, plenty of time yet. Many other things to learn for now. I'm in no rush.
ABC's...
