I recently had the opportunity to shoot my AR15 at 475 yards and it was awesome! Seeing the bullet trace and the sound delay after hitting the steel has me hooked! So naturally I'm wanting to push it out further to 600 yards. I was using factory ammo at 475 and was doing pretty good. However for...
This was my first time trying out the GoPro indoors. Sound quality was better then I expected. Tell me what you think.
I have to say Outdoors > Indoors. The courses of fire were shorter, and not as many rounds downrange. It was still a lot of fun!

Today I got my first glock :D its a G19. From one range session I can already tell that I'm in love with it.. I'm no long time fanboy, my first pistol was a XD9 and it was great. Just something about the feel of this glock and the sights that I'm really diggin...

Thanks for the reply, and yes I am thinking this will be a TON of fun! Even if you buy the CCI brand of ammo it is still considerable cheaper then shooting centerfire...
The reason I'm thinking of just getting a nice scope is in case I ever do want to shoot centerfire at longer ranges, I will...
So, its winter time. And I need a project to work on...I'm wanting to shoot a rimfire rifle at 200+ yards. I decided that I want to get a Bolt action rifle, I'm thinking a marlin XT-22 with a 22'' 1:16 twist barrel. Shooting the .22 LR. I'm thinking that I want to buy a good scope, as I could...
20 years old here. Been trolling this forum since March 2010 and hopefully will be able to continue enjoying this wonderful forum for many years to come!
Does anyone around here have one? How do you like it? Do they perform and function as any other Ak should? I have seen one that I am interested in.. what do you guys think?
I had a coach in middle school that would always tell us, "Opinions are like A**holes, everybody has one, and most of them stink."
Seems to fit the bill for this Gun Store clerk...
My thoughts exactly on the trade. Besides i've been wanting to get a lever action .22lr for a while and now I have a good excuse.. The guy said he put 2 boxes of 50 through it and I believe him because there is very very minimal surface wear on parts that rub each other.
So, hopefully I'll make...
Mid November I got my first pistol! and what do you know within the month I have another! HA  My first pistol was a XD9 that I am very happy with, and it just so happened to be that my girlfriend has also fell in love with it...
I figured I needed another one so we could both have our...
I always thought that 21 for handgun ammo was ridiculous.
Me: I'd like to buy a box of 9mm.
Store: Sorry your only 20 years of age, we cannot make a sale to you.
Me: Hmmm ok, then in that case I'll just take a box of .50 BMG. You know, the stuff that punches thru armor plated steel at...
Thanks for all the input, it really is a lot of stuff to think about. I was just thinking ankle, for the sole reason that I think that it would be the most comfortable and I would not notice it. But the more I think about it, maybe something that would fit in a pocket would be the way to go...
Wondering if anyone has tried to conceal carry a G26 with a Ankle Holster. Wondering how bulky it would feel.
Would you just be better off with a Ruger LC9 or Bodyguard 380?
Probably just need to go to the store and compare them size wise. But would see what you guys thought first. Thanks!
