I had a CZ PCR and loved it. Double action wasn't bad, but I did change out the main spring to a slightly reduced weight(15lb I believe?)
You mention you are not a very large person, one thing I would be aware of is that the trigger sat pretty far forward in DA on my PCR. I dont have small...
I would verify that the lifetime warranty transfers to the new owner, and maybe get an ETA on the turn around time.
If everything checks out, and its a gun you want, I'd personally have no problem picking it up.
I currently own a a Taurus PT-92.
It has not been anything but completely reliable and accurate.
I dont know how much of this is because of the Beretta tooling, but I would not hesitate to buy another.
I have on for a government sized 1911.
It is hands down the most comfortable holster I've used with this pistol.
I love the adjustable cant and retention, and you cant argue with a lifetime warranty.
Great company to work with, cant recommend them enough!
While I have no experience with the Ruger, I have been very please with my S&W E-Series.
It has been completely reliable and much more accurate than I am.
The only negative I can think of is between the external extractor and slide serrations, it certainly isn't as traditional as some.
For...
I just picked up a silver Tristar C100 last month.
I cannot over state how impressed I have been with this gun.
I have not had one malfunction! I do not think I have ever owned a pistol that has been this reliable.
I can confirm that it will accept CZ75 mags as I ordered and have been using two...
It appears Sheriff Jim Hensley has stated the same.
PRINEVILLE, Ore. (AP) -- Another Oregon sheriff says he would refuse to enforce any new federal gun law he believes is unconstitutional.
Crook County Sheriff Jim Hensley said Tuesday he sent the same letter to Vice President Joe Biden...
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but when would congress vote on any proposed bans/restrictions.
Obviously President Obama plans on doing what he can to have something like this passed, but I am unsure of when a bill would be presented?
Thank you
I have purchased various handgun calibers from them in the past: new, reman, blaster.
I have never been anything short of pleased.
You'll have a bit of a wait right now though.
If you are really looking to go light weight, you may want to look at a polymer lower paired with a lightweight upper.
I had a New Frontier lower matched to a 16" lightweight Del-Ton that fit all of the criteria that you mentioned.
Never failed to go bang, and was as accurate as I am...
I received me E series as a Christmas present.
I admittedly dont have a ton of experience with 1911s, but I absolutely love mine.
Its not a top end 1911, but I feel that it more than holds it own with the various Springfields, Kimbers, etc.
If someone points a pistol at my head I'm not going for my gun hands empty or not. The story doesn't go in to much detail, so it's hard to tell if improved situational awareness would have helped much in this case.
The man survived the encounter unharmed, I would consider that a win
It would be pistol brass(mostly 45ACP)
I have also read that some will dry it in the oven at low temps (<200 degrees)
What I haven't found is exactly how long to do this, and if there are any health concerns like lead in your oven?
I imagine most lead would be washed off, but would...
