I bought a M&P 15-22 a year or two ago. I liked the look and knew it was going to be inexpensive to shoot. Sadly though, it never satisfied me. I still have it, but if I ever met someone who wanted it and had a good offer, I'd sell/trade it in a heartbeat.
There was a time when I was okay with gun-control. I was young and was very uneducated on the subject. I believe this is the case for a lot of people. If they knew more and gave it some thought, most would probably see the light.
I wish the world only worked like this. I'm sure at some point it did. Now it is the job of the defendant to prove they are not guilty though. I am not saying I agree with this method. I am simply stating how it works.
I listened to the video at the top. I'd suggest others do as well. I hear them say we shouldn't censor movies based on what one person did, yet they'd like to do the opposite when it comes to guns.

The article is about a victim of the Aurora shooting who unfortunately does not have healthcare.

I don't bring this up for that though. Rather at all the comments below it. Numerous...
No.
Gun-control solves nothing. I'm usually a levelheaded guy when it comes to these discussions. Over the past few days though I've become pissed. Not at you, or other members of this forum. Rather at all the articles and comments (from others sites) that call for gun-control. I feel as...
It's a very rare practice to open-carry rifles where I live. No one does it. If you decide to carry, you can expect a visit or so from the police. As much as I wish open-carry in general were not viewed in this way, it is.
Anyone who asks me for an explanation to why I enjoy something probably views my enjoyment as being on the verge of taboo. I don't like watching basketball, but I don't ask someone who does to explain why they like it. I know something about it must appeal to them otherwise they wouldn't watch...
I'd have to say I'd like to be a proud owner of a Remington 700. Sadly (for me), I will more than likely have to put that on hold. What I make goes towards paying for college.
I like a good laugh as much as anyone else, however, I'd rather someone ask a question than potentially put themselves (and possibly others) at risk trying to teach themselves.
From the german I've taken, "mauser" would be pronounced something like "mow (rhymes with cow) zuh (rhymes with duh)" so "mowzuh"
While pronouncing an "er" at the end of a word, in german, should be pronounced as it looks (rhymes with stir), germans often say it like "uh" though.
Not quite. If you hold exclusive, or close to it, access of an item people want, you get to set the price. The company(s) who own the diamond mines do this all the time.
This came to mind after reading a few threads: Do you think most politicians who push for more and more gun control believe in what they are pushing for? Or do you think they do it for gain, whether it be money, power, or something else?
I just go over the logic in my head and for the life of...
