Has anyone ever been sued after using laser sights on a CCW gun? Couldn't the shootee's family sue you for modifying your firearm to make it extra super deadly and not having to really aim to kill people?

I've recenty started loading .44MAG (and I like it ;)). I've been pleased with 13-14gr of Blue Dot, but I've run out of that, so I've tried some others I had laying around - (all 240gr RNFP Meister hard casts) 13-14gr of Blue Dot (very nice) 7 - 9gr of Win 231 (haven't fired these yet)...

In terms of reliability and consistency.

I loaded up some 125gr LRN with 2.8 and 3.2 grains of Clays last night and took 'em to the range. They were the most inaccurate things I have ever shot. Barely a 10" group at 10 yards. I also had some 124gr plated rounds over 3.5gr of Clays that I shot first, and they were fine, so I don't think...

Is there any problem with making your own dummy rounds instead of buying snapcaps? Would it be OK to use a fired primer and seat a bullet, or would it be better to decap and fill the primer pocket with epoxy?

Assuming Gold Dots, would 115gr +P+ at 1300 fps be preferable to 124gr +P at 1200 fps? I'm wondering if the +P+ gets burned quicker in the short barrel of the P9. They both seem about the same to me in terms of recoil and accuracy. Resp. g ;)
