Depends on what state your in. Some states like MN do not have a brandishing law. We were told in our class, if we were to cross a dark parking lot, gun held at our side, no problem. Just be sure not to point at anyone.
I go open while hunting, and concealed in town. Unless I am working, I don't worry much about printing or showing little, because ether way is legal . At work it must stay concealed. Can't scare the customers....Bosses orders!!
I'm in mpls. every day. Nobody actually pays that much attention to other people, and if you do get asked to leave, just leave. There are only a few places where the law forbids. Go to Packing.org and read up. Otherwise I don't bother to read the ''advertisements'' placed all over the place.

I think the state BCA keeps track of that and posts it yearly, as well as the number of crimes committed by permit holders, and what they are. At least in Mn.
My 9mm was doing that,went back 3 times. I finally stripped it down, buffed the ramp and de-burred and buffed the slide. It's been fine ever since. I messed with the mags. some first, might have been a little of both. Good luck!
