yep, straight "I" except for races where there were no independents, in which i wrote in my daughter's dog

THE BAD THING IS... A LOT OF GUN LOVERS ON THIS SITE WILL GO OUT AND VOTE FOR THE Democrats KNOWING THAT ALMOST ALL GUN CONTROL LAWS, PAST ,PRESENT,AND MOST LIKELY FUTURE,HAVE BEEN PUT ON US BY THE Democrats. IF THE DEMS WIN YOU BETTER GET USED TO THE CALIFORNIA GUN LAWS BECAUSE THEY WILL BE COMING TO ALL THE STATES...

My girlfriend and I voted about 10 minutes after the polls opened this morning. Nobody in line. Got solicited by candidate's representatives on the way in. Told them both "like hell" as one I wouldn't cross the street to step on and one I wouldn't vote for, but didn't have to (not my state rep.)

No incumbents voted for in my state. None of them deserved another crack at the job in my opinion.

I... uh, haven't been able to vote since that incident involving a celebrity a few years ago...

Just kidding!

What made it a little more difficult here was that all of my D and R candidates had great-to-perfect ratings by the NRA, so I had to vote based on the other issues like taxes, education, healthcare, etc. All that slimy, ooey, gooey stuff that gives me a headache knowing that when it comes to issues that aren't clearly right/wrong they're all soft and weak!

My fingers are growing tired from being crossed all evening... I think it took me 10 minutes to type this short post!

Guys, lets hope we got enough votes for our important issues.

Voted mostly Republican, but there were 7 races (mostly Texas Supreme Court) where it was between a Republican and a Libertarian. Voted for the Libertarian in all of those. Felt kinda good...

Voted around 7:30 this morning. About 15-20 people there at the time, not too bad of a turnout for that time of day (based on 10 years of voting at the same place).

I haven't missed an election since I turned 18! Yes, I voted! It's the one way our voices can really be heard :D

Voted this morning here in Chicago. So far, everyone I voted for has lost but I did vote against an anti-gun referendum, so we'll see how that goes.
