Hi, I decied on a powder for my 45/70. I choose Reloader 7. I was going to start reloading with 35 gr. of powder. Is that enough powder or should I use more? I already loaded 3 shells up like this to get my reloader going. Would there be any problems shoot those 3? Thanks for the help!

Hi, I am looking to reload 45/70 and all I can find are 300 gr. either HP or JHP. I found some 305 grain FP but they are lead with a moly coating. Do they make anything else around the 300 grains that are not hollow points?
