I agree that the .327 mag is a better all around cartridge with it's ability to shoot more rounds and the fact that it comes in so many handguns already.I like the 327 for it's power and size over the somewhat larger Cal. shells.Far as I'm concerned, the more the better ! Keep E'm coming.
.327Mag.
The .327Mag. might be worth looking into but, with the .357mag. in the rifle cal.already,WHY? The .357mag is min.at best for deer size game and personally I really wouldn't use it for them. It' seems that the cal. would be too small for most and too big or expensive to shoot for small...
Sounds as if YOU are experienced in pissing your pants ! Real men don't piss their pants pal. While your wetting yourself,I'd have already got the job done with my 6 shooter.Good luck pamperman !
Sounds as if you need LOTS of PRACTICE !!! even "ONE" good placed shot will get the job done . I read down the page where this dreamer states that if there are 2 bad guys that they will both need mutiple shot to dispatch them ???? What's he shooting at them with ,a B B gun? First if one of the...
That's just what I was trying to get across. If six doesn't get it done then is more the answer.Well as far as the bad guy you talk about ,if six .45's won't stop him ,maybe you have met your match? I have yet to hear of anbody that can take 6-.45's and keep on comming, and also as I stated,there...
I'll be willing to bet the Maxi mags shoot better than most.I have tried many and have shot them in more than one .22Mag. and they have All shot better in the ones I've tried. Good Luck
Well good luck with your "LITTLE" Pistol ! As stated before I'll stick to my revolver as in well over 45 years of use, has "NEVER" seen a jam. While you are trying to extract the case of your expired round or maybe even trying to get the first one in the chamber to shoot,I'll have the job done...
It sounds as if your skills with the revolver could have been an issue if you feel so under gunned with only 6 shots. If you need more than 6 shots ,than by all means get your 15 shot or whatever you need to hit something with. Practice ,Practice, and more paractice and with that being said I...
No ,I'd rather have a gun that is going to go off without a jam Eveytime I squeeze the trigger. Auto's ?? who knows sometimes they do and then sometimes they don't I'm Not taking the chance . Anything a 9mm or 380 will do ,my .45 L.C. or even my "Little" .357 mag will do better. Your Choice ?
Cleaning them, now that there is powders like 777 that clean up so easy compared to years ago when it was almost too much work to enjoy shooting them for the time it took to clean them.
The Remington steel replacemant clips for the .22mags jam after about every 3rd or 4th shot in my gun.I bought another of the plastic ones and they work flawless for me.
Thanks for the info .I own several Rugers and am glad to hear that the SP 101 is a choice for me to look into. Thanks again ! By the way how long of barrels do they come with ??
I would stick to the Noslers B tips or A-Max but give some others a try and se if you can improve. My experience with .308 has done best with the Noslers for accurate shots at longer distances. Will be gald to hear what you find with the others in "your gun". they all seem to shoot one bullet...
