    Universal Clays?

Universal is the only pistol powder I use for 9mm and .45. It is not as popular which keeps it in stock and always availible. I have not found any reason to switch it will do about everything I need, accuracy, clean burn, fast, slow, meter well. It's UNIVERSAL.

Having problems with my OAL moving around on me. I have been using lead so I cleaned my Lee die, re-adjusted and it still will not stay consistant. I'm getting 1.050 most of the time but then it will go up to 1.060 or down to 1.035using 115 xtp in 9mm. I'm pulling the ram the same length and...

    Powder that flows like water

I use a Lee ppm. Figured I'd try it out. I asumed it was'nt going to work and was planning buying a high end one. So far with varget I can't see how it could be better, now the adjustment dial, it sucks. I just "set and forget it" like my Ronco rotisserie.

    What's your "never buy" gun?

Add to my list T/C encore or any single shot hunting rifle. Not for quality, just because I hate when people say it's all you need for hunting. Some would want that restriction aplied across all areas, so I will not encourage it.

    Remington 700 vs. Ruger 77

I use a Rem 700 pss to hunt with and target very acurate out of the box. I am not pleased with the cheap material used in the trigger guard and floor plate assembly. They should use solid steel. Okey, do you soak your deer venison in ice

I ice mine when needed during early seasons if I want to keep hunting. The routine now in MO with tele check, hurry home and hack em up, no water or ice needed. Only time water touches meat is final wash up of leg quarters to remove hair.

    soaking meat

Why do some find it nesasary to soak deer meat after butchering? Beef is not done this way. I just keep it clean during the processing and freeze it. Same with fish, you would'nt buy salmon at the store and then bring it home and soak it in salt water. Some even use vinager to remove the game...
