hi all i remember reading a thread (which I cannot find now) where the general concensus was that any .223 brass could be used to load to m193 specs. is this true? if not, what should one look for in brass to load to the m193 specs?

got my garand through the cmp and it is great fun to shoot. i am surprised at how accurate it is. the one problem i am having is it shoots high. at 100 yards it is shooting about 4-5 inches high, with the rear sight cranked all the way down. does anyone know what might be the problem? thanks...
