One more option, if you can get past the stainless steel, is the S&W 610 - a 10mm revolver that's cut for .40 S&W moon clips. I have one with the 6 1/2" barrel - I do find it a little nose heavy when I have used it in IPSC matches. If you can find one with a 5" barrel I think you'd be happy with it.
Years ago I had a Hakim and experienced a similar situation. I figured it was going to take an expensive trip to the gunsmith to sort it out. In fact, if memory serves, all it needed was the screws that hold the trigger guard to the stock tightened. The Hakim has it's trigger guard and trigger...
I saw a fellow use one of those Quad carriers at a local match. When he reached for a mag during his course of fire his fingers caught on one of the other mags and it got sent flying. That happened a few times to him during the match. Needless to say, next match he was using the individual mag...
Benefit for what? What are you trying to raise the money for and how much are you hoping to raise? Also, who is running the raffle - local gun club?
I ask these questions in order to get a better idea on what you're trying to accomplish. If the money is for your local club to raise money for...

Interesting! I have an M1917 that has the red stripe denoting Commonwealth use and it's bolt is in the white. I also have a P14 (the .303 British version of the M1917) and it's bolt is also in the white. I wonder if there is a correlation?
I have pretty much the same gun in .40 S&W that is sold as the Tanfoglio Combat here in Canada. I found that holsters made for the CZ Shadow will work with the EAA/Tanfoglio's as well.
I don't have one myself but from all the other reviews I've seen, what he says seems par for the course. Just about everyone that has bought one of these has been happy with them. They are rough around the edges but from all accounts they do run well.
I've got a Dlask lower kicking around...
Here's a pic I "borrowed" of a Czech Small Arms (CSA) 7.5" barreled Sporter. They are available here in Canada in 5.56 or 7.62x39 (and our 5 round mag laws suck even more now!)
Up here in Canada the CZ 858 Tactical is very popular. Anything AK is a no-go for us but the 858 is classified as non-restricted and readily available. There is a dealer bringing in short versions from a company called Czech Small Arms (CSA) that are classified as restricted (approved ranges...
Anyone remember the old spagetti western movie "The Stranger"? The hero in that movie used a four barrel shotgun. It was basically a double barrel shotgun with two extra barrels underneath that he rotated by hand after the top barrels were fired. I always found that gun fascinating but I expect...
I don't have a Tik Tac but I do have a Varmint in 6.5x55 (not available to you in the US through Beretta) I believe the Varmint series gives you a slightly longer barrel. The Tac has an adjustable cheek piece, a Picatinny rail and the muzzle is threaded for an optional brake. Worth the extra...

All in all its a great way to spend a cold winters evening! I've made a few sets but nothing spectacular. If you go to the Parts & Grips forum on the M1911.org site you'll see some truly amazing creations.
Wild turkeys have been around here for quite some time. They were reintroduced some 15 or 20 years ago and the population has just exploded. Southern Ontario is a very much a rural enviroment. After you get a bit north of Toronto and the rest of the urban areas its all pretty much farmland and...
