5.7mm johnson

I resized my first batch of 5.7 x 28mm brass today. Some small patches of the coating that is supposed to aid proper action cycling peeled off. Is this enough to keep them from functioning properly/safely? See attached pic. Shiny spot near the bottom of the case.
