1-4x for an AR. Help?

I'd go with the TAC30. The little dots below the center of the reticle are bullet drop compensating references. If the TAC30 is anything like the Burris XTR, then it wants to be sighted at 100 yards and never touched again other than confirming your zero from time to time.

You'll never need to make on the fly windage or elevation adjustments - it isn't a sniper or precision scope and you can't expect it to work like one. So the old style coin adjusting knobs are just fine. Save the money and get the ammo.
