10/22 needed a upgrade

Gun show today so I got a new Boyds Blaster stock and a 20 in Green mountain Bull Barrel. Once that was on I had to update the scope......Can't wait to sight it in

I built the same one with GM fluted barrel and Fajen stock in same color. I have new love for my 10/22. With ammo prices the way they are -might as well enjoy shooting .22

I bought one new 2 weeks ago as a project gun. I shoot a lot and don't expect much out of the box. I may not even shoot it before I add stuff to it. I plan to find out just what I can make it do with as little added on as possible - starting with trigger, better iron sights, and whatever can be done to stabilize it in the stock.

Then we'll see about those bull barrels and fancy optics . . .

best start is a VQ hammer, it's 40 bucks and will drop you down to a 3 # pull. but out of the box will suprise you.

I'd like to put a Dixie Consolidated bullpup stock on mine, along with a GM bull barrel...
