that serbian perivan partizi 10mm jhp ammo is the cheapest that i know of, about $17/box 50rounds online. i haven't tried it though, so i can't attest to the quality. only bad thing is that it's loaded exactly to 40cal velocities.
if you want quality full power 10mm, go with with swampfox. it's like $50/box 50 rounds though.
never tried GA arms reloads, and never will after the kaboom reports online. i don't shoot reloads anyway, so it's a moot issue.
doubletap's 10mm falls up to 200frps short of claimed velocities. don't waste your money on it. (google it, there's a ton of complaints). they also use crappy jhp bullets like montana gold and antique ones like nosler.
BB is obscenely overpriced, and also uses montana gold jhp's, but they do meet claimed velocities.
