This a perfect example why red flag laws, age limits, universal background checks, and other such as don't. No 11 year old can legally purchase a gun, but this child obtained one.
Also, a large majority of the shooters in places like Chicago and Baltimore are 13-20 year old shooters who obtain firearms when you need to be 21 years old to purchase one.
Also, for the people who say strict gun laws work and criminals are getting past them by bringing guns into the inner cities from other cities why don't those cities have the same crime rates of the inner cities?
