Ok guys, i grab my 1100 this mornin to go duck huntin and my bolt would not open. I took out the trigger assembly and it the bolt opens fine. Put trigger back in... Bolt wont open! Please help me
The problem probably is with the interceptor latch which is on the right side (operating handle side) of the receiver. The trigger group has a finger that engages the latch and if the latch does not move or is on the wrong side of this finger, the whole thing is locked. Look for the latch being bent or the snap ring that holds it missing.
